Innervision Capital LLC d/b/a AL Dante Channel
Effective date: September 9, 2026
1. Scope and controller
Innervision Capital LLC, doing business as AL Dante Channel (“AL Dante,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), is responsible for personal information described in this Privacy and Security Policy. This Policy applies to aldante.art, account and checkout pages, the AL Dante Food Videography Course, AL Dante Club, private mentorship, contact and booking forms, and related communications.
It does not replace the privacy notices of independent services such as Stripe, PayPal, Discord, Cloudflare, Calendly, Apple, or Google. Those services may process information for their own purposes under their own notices.

3. Why we use information
To perform our contract
- create and manage accounts; process orders, reservations, recurring payments, cancellations, and refunds;
- provide access to the Course, Club, mentorship, community spaces, sessions, recordings, and any support expressly included with the relevant Service;
- synchronize website entitlements with Discord roles;
- organize schedules, reminders, questions, random selection, critique submissions, and recordings; and
- send transaction, renewal, payment-failure, access, schedule, and security notices.
For our legitimate interests
- secure the website, prevent fraud and account sharing, investigate misuse, and enforce our Terms;
- understand product use, improve lessons and features, diagnose errors, and plan capacity;
- moderate the community and protect members, intellectual property, and confidential work; and
- maintain business, accounting, dispute, and operational records.
Where applicable privacy law requires a balancing test, we consider the nature of the information, the reasonable expectations of users, and available safeguards.
With consent
We rely on consent where required for marketing, optional social-profile connections, certain cookies, participation in recorded sessions, public testimonials, or public use of a member’s name, image, voice, or work. You may withdraw consent for future use, but withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.
For legal obligations
We may process information to comply with tax, accounting, payment, consumer-protection, sanctions, fraud-prevention, court, law-enforcement, and data-protection obligations.
4. AL Dante Club profiles, progress, and visibility
When you join the Club, you may add an Instagram or other profile link. AL Dante administrators may use that link to understand member work, observe general progress, identify examples for group discussion, and offer an occasional short suggestion. The Club does not promise continuous monitoring or personal coaching.
Your email, billing state, legal name, private support messages, and nonpublic account analytics are not intended to be visible to other members. Your display name, profile image, posts, comments, reactions, voluntarily shared links, and submitted work may be visible to members who can access the relevant Club or Discord space.
If a social-media account is public, we may view information available to any visitor. We do not claim to collect private Instagram analytics through an API unless a separate connection and permission screen is introduced.
5. Questions, critiques, and random selection
The Club may collect one question or one critique submission per active member for an event. We use membership status, submission time, prior selection status, and a random process to produce the event list. This process does not make a legal or similarly significant decision about you.
Submitted links and files may be reviewed by authorized AL Dante administrators before or during the event. Do not include confidential client information, private contact information, or material you do not have permission to share.
6. Live sessions and recordings
Club sessions may be recorded through the AL Dante website and video infrastructure. A recording may capture your display name, voice, image, screen share, chat, question, account, or submitted work if you choose to contribute.
You may attend without turning on your camera. Event and submission interfaces provide notice that a session may be recorded. By submitting an account or work for critique, you authorize us to display and discuss that material within the closed session and its internal recording as described in the Terms.
Internal recordings are available only to eligible members under the access rules in the Terms. We do not use an identifiable member contribution in public advertising without separate permission, unless applicable law permits that use.
7. Payments
Stripe and PayPal may collect payment-card, bank, wallet, identity, billing, device, and fraud-prevention information. They may act as our service provider for some processing and as an independent controller for regulated payment, fraud, and compliance purposes. Their privacy notices apply to their processing.
We normally receive transaction status, amount, date, payment method type, limited identifiers, and information needed to manage access, refunds, disputes, and renewal. We do not receive or store the complete card number.
If cryptocurrency is offered for a one-time purchase, the wallet address, transaction identifier, amount, and blockchain record may be publicly visible and may be impossible to delete from the blockchain.
8. Cookies and analytics
We use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies to keep accounts signed in, maintain security, remember settings, and preserve campaign attribution needed to credit a purchase correctly.
We use privacy-oriented first-party analytics to create aggregate traffic reports. These reports may include pages viewed, referrer, approximate country and city reported by the hosting network, device type, operating system, browser, window width, time on page, and scroll depth. Our own analytics database does not retain a raw IP address. A daily one-way visitor value may be created from network and browser data so visits within one day can be counted without linking the visitor across different days.
Cloudflare and other infrastructure providers may still process IP addresses, request data, traffic information, and security signals to deliver and protect the website and video. The statement that AL Dante does not keep raw IP addresses in its own analytics database does not mean that no service provider processes an IP address.
We do not use the website to sell personal information or build cross-site advertising profiles. We do not currently respond differently to legacy browser Do Not Track signals because there is no common industry standard. Where a legally recognized opt-out signal applies to a practice we use, we will honor it as required.
9. How we disclose information
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this Policy, including to:
- Cloudflare for website delivery, security, traffic processing, analytics, live streaming, video storage, encoding, and restricted playback;
- Stripe and PayPal for payment processing, billing, refunds, fraud prevention, and financial compliance;
- Discord for community accounts, messages, moderation, server membership, and role automation;
- email-delivery and customer-communication providers for confirmations, reminders, security notices, and support;
- Calendly or another booking provider for calls and mentorship scheduling;
- Apple and Google for app distribution, app purchases, and platform services where applicable;
- professional advisers, accountants, insurers, auditors, contractors, and legal service providers;
- a buyer, successor, or adviser in a merger, financing, reorganization, asset sale, or similar transaction; and
- courts, regulators, law enforcement, payment networks, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, and integrity.
We require service providers acting on our behalf to handle information under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Independent services may have their own reasons and legal duties for processing.
10. No sale or cross-context behavioral advertising
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide any required opt-out method before the change applies.
11. International processing
AL Dante is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws from your country.
Where EEA, UK, or Swiss law applies, we will rely on an approved transfer mechanism where required, such as an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, the UK addendum, or another lawful safeguard used by the relevant provider. You may request information about applicable safeguards by contacting us.
12. Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes in this Policy, including service delivery, security, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Our general retention periods are:
- Account and access information: while the account or product access is active. Nonessential account data may be deleted or anonymized after 24 continuous months without subscription, login, or Course activity.
- Transaction, consent, tax, refund, and dispute records: for the legally required accounting and limitation periods, commonly up to seven years depending on the record and jurisdiction.
- Proof of recurring-subscription consent: for at least three years or one year after termination, whichever is longer, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.
- First-party aggregate analytics: no more than 400 days under the current design.
- Discord connection and role information: while needed to synchronize access and for a limited period afterward for security and dispute records.
- Questions, critique submissions, chats, and session recordings: while needed to deliver the applicable Club access, operate the community, resolve issues, or maintain legitimate internal records.
- Backups: for a limited rolling backup period before secure deletion or overwrite.
We may keep a limited record longer when required by law, needed to establish or defend a legal claim, necessary to prevent fraud or abuse, or technically retained in a protected backup until its normal deletion cycle.
13. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about disclosure. You may also have the right to withdraw consent and to complain to a privacy regulator.
You may update some account and optional profile information directly. You may disconnect or change Discord through the account tools where available. You may unsubscribe from marketing without losing necessary billing, security, access, and service messages.
To submit a privacy request, email max@aldante.art with the subject “Privacy Request.” We may verify your identity before acting. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and explain if an exception applies.
If EEA or UK law applies, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests and may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority where you live or work. If California law applies to us, California residents may exercise the rights available under applicable California privacy law without unlawful discrimination.
14. Marketing and service communications
Purchase confirmations, access notices, payment failures, renewals, cancellations, schedule reminders, security notices, and material changes are transactional or relationship communications. You cannot opt out of messages necessary to provide an active account or purchase.
Marketing messages are sent only as permitted by law. They will identify the sender and include an available unsubscribe method. Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel a paid subscription.
15. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. Depending on the system, these may include encrypted transport, restricted administrative access, role-based permissions, payment tokenization by processors, signed or time-limited video access, logging, backups, software updates, and vendor review.
No website, email, database, payment system, stream, or third-party service is completely secure. We do not promise absolute security. You should use a unique password, protect your email and Discord accounts, enable multi-factor authentication where available, and notify us of suspected misuse.
16. Security incidents
If we determine that a security incident involving personal information requires notice, we will investigate, contain the incident, work with relevant providers, and notify affected individuals and authorities within the time required by applicable law. Florida law may require reasonable security measures, secure disposal, and notice of qualifying breaches.
17. Children
The website and paid Services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information through the Services from a child under 13. If we learn that we have done so, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. A parent or guardian may contact us at max@aldante.art.
18. Third-party links and spaces
The website, Course, and Club may link to third-party sites, public social profiles, tools, and services. Their privacy practices are their responsibility. Content posted in Discord is also processed by Discord, and visibility depends on server and channel permissions. Do not post information you do not want visible to people who can access that space.
Discord spaces may have different access rules and visibility. Posting does not mean that Max or AL Dante staff will review a message. Any service, support, or response commitment is stated in the Terms, sales page, checkout, or order confirmation—not this Policy.
19. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when products, providers, laws, or practices change. We will post the revised effective date. For a material change, we will provide additional notice where required and request new consent if the law requires it.
